All network-connected Multi Functional Printers (MFP) and scanners which support paper scan and subsequent email sending to a preconfigured email recipient, using Imagicle Digital Fax email syntax, are supported. Depending on MFP device in use, the following considerations/limitations might apply:

• An additional software and license from the MFP vendor may be needed (for instance: HP, Xerox, Ricoh);
• A sender’s user identification and profiling may, or may not be available. This is relevant for MFP shared among different employees. If not available, Imagicle UCX Platform associates all faxes sent by a such device to the same user.
• A fax server integration feature may, or may not be available, allowing to scan and send documents to recipients already included into a local or centralized directory.
