Imagicle Cloud to be Available in Saudi Arabia with the new Webex Data Center

In response to Cisco’s upcoming launch of a Webex Calling Data Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Imagicle announces its commitment to assisting Cisco customers’ transition to the cloud in the region. 

This initiative, set for the second half of 2024 when Cisco’s data center will be activated in KSA, underscores Imagicle’s dedication to facilitating streamlined and secure cloud migrations, supporting KSA’s wider digital transformation ambitions.

Cisco has recently announced the development of the region’s 1st Webex Calling data centre in Saudi Arabia, expected to be operational by the second half of 2024. This will enable a new level of digitalization, flexibility, and communication security in the Kingdom.

As per Cisco’s press release, “the recent Cisco Broadband Survey underlined that 68% of respondents in Saudi Arabia rely on their home internet to work and run a business online. This shift increased the demand for cloud-based collaboration platforms across the Kingdom.”

Imagicle, leading UC apps provider and Cisco Premier Developer, will naturally join Cisco’s efforts by bringing a state-of-the-art Suite of applications for Webex Calling (also compatible with UCM and other Cisco platforms) to KSA customers, enabling a paced migration to the Cloud, increased security, and better usability and collaboration on the Webex platform. 

As of today, Imagicle Cloud Services are already available in UAE, natively integrated with Webex Calling and available from the Webex App. The company commits to bringing a set of services in KSA too, at the timeframe Cisco Data Center service launch. The Suite includes:
