Unprecedented flexibility for Managers.

  • Manager can enable the filter for the calls being automatically forwarded to the Assistants.
  • Manager sets own reachability status so that the Assistants know if transferring the calls back to him/her.
  • Manager can decide which calls are not filtered based on contacts in the whitelists, in the most flexible way.
  • The Manager can decide to delegate the service configuration to the assigned Assistants.
  • At any time, the Manager can pick up a ringing call if he/she wants (Group Pick up).

Great simplification for the Assistants.

  • When receiving a call, the Assistant can answer and then transfer it according to the Manager’s preferences.
  • Assistants can change the status of the monitored Managers.
  • If authorized by Managers, Assistants can manage the service configuration (whitelists, forwarding, reachability status).

Smooth integration with Cisco UCs.

All exchanges between Imagicle Manager Assistant and Cisco UCM are based on SIP, and there are no proprietary protocols. It is possible to keep the existing Manager Directory Number with no change to the telephone numbering plan. The service is available directly within Jabber and Webex and works seamlessly with any Cisco Desk Phone.

Cloud or On-Prem/Hosted service. You choose.

Imagicle Manager Assistant is available as a Software as a Service, i.e., the easiest and more exclusive consumption option for customers running a Cloud or Prem Cisco UCM. In any case, the solution is also available On-Prem for customers who want to keep hosting and operating the service, as well as Hosted by Service Providers.
