Managers can enjoy advanced features like enabling filters to forward calls to assistants, create whitelists to bypass the filters, set a reachability status to advise assistants when to transfer calls back to them, delegate the service configuration to assistans and, of course, pick up a ringing call whenever they wish (group pick up).

Great simplification for the Assistants.

When receiving a call, assistants transfer it according to the Manager’s preferences, change the reachability status of managers when needed and manage the service configuration if authorized.

Smooth integration with Cisco UCs.

All exchanges between Imagicle Manager Assistant and Cisco UCM are based on SIP, with no proprietary protocols. You can keep the existing Manager Directory Number with no change to the telephone numbering plan. The service is available directly within Jabber and Webex and works seamlessly with any Cisco Desk Phone.

Cloud or On-Prem/Hosted service.

Imagicle Manager Assistant is available as a Software as a Service, i.e., the easiest and more exclusive consumption option for customers running a Cloud or Prem Cisco UCM. In any case, the solution is also available On-Prem for customers who want to keep hosting and operating the service, as well as Hosted by Service Providers.

Should your system not be listed, please contact our technical department to check interoperability. Cloud Connector, Office365 and Teams are currently not supported.
