I'm Agicle and Smart.

The words “smart working” are not new in our dictionary. Imagicle people have always been encouraged to work from wherever makes their mind come up with brilliant ideas. And, of course, if they wish to go to the offices, the doors are always open.

Whether at home, in the office or anywhere else, we have adopted the Agile methodology for our software development, using frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and practices such as Test Driven Development and pair programming that allow us to ensure high quality standards and great flexibility to respond quickly to our clients’ needs through the continuous improvement of the people on our teams, from development to marketing to people & culture.

Growth and common goals.

Working at Imagicle means growing as people while running towards the same goals. We achieve this with continuous learning and the adoption of OKRs to have transparent, common goals that align activities across teams.

Teamwork is our North Star, that’s why we start our daily routines in morning stand-up meetings (coffee at hand!), in line with the Agile method. In short, being part of Imagicle means personal enrichment and growth every step of the way, with a clear path to follow that leaves room for creativity and initiative.

Life at Imagicle.

Imagicle means more than deep tech training and crunching data, it’s being part of something beautiful that puts the human side of things first. We love team-building activities, from taking 10′ to play pool in the common room to organizing a Christmas dinner in a villa.

When something prevents us from getting all together physically, we don’t let it stop the party: we host virtual events to cook together and share a laugh. Even on ordinary workdays, we like to keep morale up by cooking together at the office, blasting some music and dancing to it, or share a toast.

Celebrating our milestones is an integral part of the Imagicle culture. Our Better Together! event brought all 100+ Imagicle people to our headquarters in Italy from all over the world. Seeing each other’s faces after more than two years fulfilled our need to reconnect, not only from a work perspective, but mainly from a human one. Being together sharing results & ideas, smiles, and hugs one more time helped us reinforce our Imagicle identity more than anything else, confirming that people can work wherever they want, but it will always be Better Together.
