Modifying solutions during an active contract

Throughout the duration of the contract, you can at any time expand or add solutions to your subscription under the same terms. Amendments will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and co-terminated. For this requirement, you can contact your sales representative or write to sales@imagicle.com.

Should you wish to reduce the quantity, remove apps, and/or downgrade your support plan, this will only be possible at the end of the contract, at the time of subscription renewal, and not during the term of an existing contract. To implement such changes, a written notification must be submitted 30 days prior to each contract renewal date.
