Renewals, auto renewals and expiry

Subscription Renewal and contract expiry

The contract will expire on the scheduled end date if not renewed and in the absence of an automatic renewal option. Our customer success team will contact you well in advance to facilitate the renewal process for you. If the contract is not renewed, the service will cease to operate on the anticipated expiration date. Contract Auto-renewal

If you opt for the auto-renewal at the time of sale, your subscription will automatically renew for one additional year at the end of the contract term, and you will receive a new invoice unless canceled 30 days before the renewal date with written notice. The subscription price will automatically increase by 5% at each renewal. By choosing a longer subscription term, you can ensure your price remains consistent throughout the period.
