Imagicle UCX Suite simplifies access to all essential apps through a flexible and scalable subscription tailored to your needs. You can choose how you want to benefit from your subscription: On-premises, hosted, or leverage the full power of Imagicle’s Cloud.

The subscription contract specifies a service start date and end date agreed upon at the time of purchase. The service begins on the agreed “subscription start date” and concludes on the specified service end date. If not renewed or set for automatic renewal, the subscription will cease. Refer to “Subscription renewal and contract expiration” for detailed information.

Note: Once the order is processed, the subscription start date cannot be changed. Therefore, ensure the service activation date is accurate before placing the order. Submit a new purchase proposal for different start and end dates.

Professional Services start after the service start date and are scheduled based on customer availability without affecting the service’s start date.

Upon sale completion, choose between two payment methods: yearly payment plan or one-time full payment.

Yearly Payment

Commit to a multi-year agreement with an annual payment. Receive an automatic invoice each year until the contract ends. The fee is calculated annually, considering any contract changes.

Full Payment

Pay for the entire subscription period upfront. The subscription is eligible for renewal at contract expiration.
