Introducing the brand new Imagicle AppSuite as a service.

All your beloved Imagicle apps are now available as a Service from the Imagicle Cloud, with a simple subscription, combining the power of the Imagicle AppSuite with the benefits of the Cloud: immediate availability, no IT operational costs and better security, scalability, reliability.


The new Imagicle AppSuite as a Service (IASaaS), lets you use your preferred Attendant Console with Advanced Queuing and Auto-attendant, Call Recording, Fax Server, Call Accounting & Analytics, Advanced Directory and more, directly from the cloud, using your existing PSTN, easily connecting to your calling platform, no matter where it is (on-prem, hosted or cloud).

As per our enterprise customers' preference, the new IASaaS is available as a private instance for each customer, hosted and operated by Imagicle on AWS DCs, but sold and managed by Imagicle partners, securely connected to customer’s network via VPN or Equinix ECX. The service is immediately available for production, PoC, and Lab, in 3 main regions (North America, Europe, and Middle East) but on request, the private instance can be activated in more than 20 DCs around the world. We’re ready to help you start with your journey to the cloud!

Microsoft Exchange and O365 calendar lands in your Imagicle Attendant Console. You’ll be able to know your colleague’s daily availability through five dedicated icons and smart calendars that suggest the next available slot.

Thanks to the new API integration you can easily lock/unlock all the company phones or just some of them by scheduling a task at a specific time from any third-party apps.
