Controlling your telephone traffic has never been so easy. You can automatically receive statistics by e-mail for your periodical expense monitor with the frequency that mostly meets your needs, attached, for example, such as PDF and Excel.

With Blue’s Professional you can easily work at best, setting alarms that warn you as soon as an undesired event occours (e.g. When somebody goes beyond forecasted budget or prohibited calls telephone numbers).

  Blue’s Professional acquires data from any PBX, even from the new IP PBXs.

Easy carrier management

Blue’s Professional manages your company incoming and outgoing calls and organises the statistics, sorting them by objective.
A call dashboard offering general reports, telephone traffic totals sorted by seat, department and extension, call list, cost analysis grouped in several ways, analysis of the incoming call efficiency and other ranks are just a few of the reports shown in real time that can be exported into different formats (PDF, Excel, Word, HTML, Etc.).

 
Blue’s Professional is multi-carrier, you can easily manage your telephone carriers (updateable via the internet) for an accurate cost calculation.
You can also work out a comparison among several offers, to find out the best tariff for your company, deciding upon a statistic on your real telephone habits.

Thanks to the multi-carrier management, Blue’s Professional calculates the cost of your phone calls using several carriers simultaneously.
You can manage any tariff of any telephone carrier and print those ones in use.
Tariff editing and update will be easy using the tariff manager tool or downloading them directly from our website www.telcen.it.

Blue’s Professional does not require a dedicated PC and, while it runs, you can continue using your everyday software.   Blue’s Professional is also available in multisite editions for multisite offices where PBX even of different makes.

Support for all trial versions
Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
 
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan.  In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device.  This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
