Yes. It connects to your calling platform via the Imagicle UCX Platform using the Auto Attendant – Conversational IVR entry point. Your PBX routes calls to UCX over a SIP/SIP-TLS+SRTP trunk, so you can keep your existing carrier/SBC.
Yes. It’s designed with privacy by design: role-based access, encryption in transit/at rest, audit logging, and configurable retention.
