Telisca is now part of Imagicle.

Welcome to the family!

As of November 9, 2022, Imagicle has completed the acquisition of Telisca and welcomed its team to Imagicle.

Here’s what else you need to know.

People-wise, nothing. The former Telisca team is still there for you, now backed up by a larger team eager to help you with anything you need. Product-wise, all relevant information is listed in our End of Life policy section.

Essentially, three things:

  • The entire Telisca team is now an integral part of the Imagicle team.
  • Telisca Sarl/Ltd’s new name is Imagicle SaS.
  • Imagicle SaS has opened an office in Paris, inside the Tour Maine Montparnasse.
All you have to do is open a ticket on the Imagicle Support Portal. The team will take care of your issues according to your SLA and you’ll be able to follow the ticket’s process every step of the way.

Your issues will be solved according to the ImagicleCare Basic plan. Read the details of the plan here.

As of 30th June, 2024, Telisca products won’t be available for purchase anymore (more information here). You can request a meeting with an Imagicle expert to discuss how our products can fulfill your business needs.

As of 1 February 2023, support services for Telisca products you’re currently using will be directly invoiced by Imagicle SpA and no longer by Telisca Ltd. You will receive all your new invoices from administration@imagicle.com.
