Smart working has never been a trend for us. We trust Imagicle people to work from wherever they feel focused, creative, and at their best. Whenever you want to drop by, our seven offices worldwide are always open.

When we’re not in the same room, we keep the connection strong with open communication, cross-team collaboration, and a shared habit of helping each other out. You’ll always find someone ready to jump in, share context, and help in an easy, informal vibe that leaves space for a bit of chat and a few laughs, too.

We do use Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban and practices such as Test-Driven Development and pair programming, but the point is bigger than process: it’s about trust, flexibility, respect, shared goals, and continuous improvement. Always better together.

Working at Imagicle means growing as people while moving towards shared goals. Different teams use different tools to achieve this. Some work with OKRs, others with their own frameworks, but the point is the same: clarity, alignment, and everyone running in the same direction.

We listen, we support each other, and we aim high. We sweat to reach ambitious targets and we make sure effort is recognised, results are celebrated, and progress feels shared.

Imagicle is more than tech and crunching data: it’s a people-first culture. From small everyday moments (a quick fuzeball game, virtual and in-person coffee together, music in the office) to bigger team events like dinners and meet-ups, we invest in real connections. Because doing great work is better when you’re recharged, you feel heard, and enjoy the people you do it with.

Celebrating our daily efforts is a core part of Imagicle culture. We’re proud to work from wherever we feel at our best and that’s exactly why, every two years, our Better Together corporate event brings all Imagicle people from around the world to a dreamy location for a three-day retreat.

For three workdays (because weekends are for rest and recharge), laptops stay shut and we focus fully on what makes us Imagicle: strengthening our shared rituals, investing in our human relationships, and giving our culture the space it deserves.

It’s a chance to be together face to face not just as colleagues, but as people sharing the same work space. We share results and ideas, swap stories, laugh, and yes… party a lot! And every time, it reinforces our identity in the simplest way: you can work from anywhere, but it will always be Better Together.
