Silvio is from the extreme north of Italy. He finds it quite tricky to describe himself: he thinks it’s easier to write code than a bio! His personality is sincere and humble, and he enjoys building bonds with the people around him, both at work and in his free time. He fell in love with programming at age 16, in high school, where he started writing small GUI applications in Visual Basic, gradually tackling more complex ones as homework demanded. During those years, he also began writing C++ code in his free time, teaching himself.

Outside of work, Silvio loves watching sports events (football, tennis, basketball, and pretty much everything else) and enjoys playing sports as well. Another great passion of his is electronic music. He says his Spotify account is always exploding, as he’s constantly discovering new tracks.
