1. Enter IMAGICLE-CLOUD into the configurator and select ADD
2. Select which type of calling platform you need to integrate
   • Webex Calling
   • Webex Calling Dedicated or UCM Cloud

3. Select the Dedicated instance option if needed/required and the quantity needed
4. Select which type of support you need
   • Basic
   • Gold
   • Platinum
5. Select the quantity for each application needed and click on ADD

Applications and licensing

Imagicle Cloud subscriptions are a combination of apps and services enabling customers to use Imagicle solutions for a limited period of time and get the support they need. Applications are available à la carte so customers can just pick what they need. A single SKU for each product with licensing per single user or channel (or a block of) depending on the product.
All the licenses are stackable and so it’s easy to reach the number of users or channels needed just selecting the quantity needed of each SKU.

Cloud or Dedicated Cloud. You choose.

Imagicle UCX Cloud Platform offers the ability to select a fully redundant dedicated cloud instance option hosted, secured, updated, and monitored by Imagicle.
Dedicated Instance is available for purchase as an add-on for any calling platform; it’s mandatory for Webex Calling Dedicated or UCM Cloud, CUCM, and HCS.
It is deployed based on geographic regions and the number of dedicated instances required depends on the number of calling platform integrations needed.

Deployment

According to the deployment option chosen by the customer dedicated instance or public cloud, the customer will receive a link to gather information to deploy and customize the services. The automatic deployment will be triggered directly or after review by a Cloud Specialist in case of customization. The region of deployment can be chosen for a dedicated instance and in a standard region for public cloud offer. After deployment, end-customer admins will receive information to connect and how to proceed to configure the
private peering for Dedicated instances. Imagicle UCX Cloud Platform is immediately available after data gathering to customer as a public or private cloud instance, with no IT operational cost and by leveraging existing customer PSTN lines.

Advanced Services

Imagicle Advanced Services are Not yet available on Cisco GPL Solutions Plus, and are currently orderable directly only from Imagicle and its distributors.
Imagicle is ready to support any deployment request and help Cisco Channel Partners to be in success when deploying Imagicle UCX Platform.
Imagicle Advanced Services, operated mainly with remote installation, configuration and fine tuning with a dedicated team, grant the success of any project: Onboarding services and integrations are always performed with a train the trainer approach, helping Cisco Channel Partners to become expert and operate without the need of Imagicle engineers.

Bereitstellung

Alle Produktlizenzen sind auch separat für einzelne Einheiten (pro Nutzer oder Kanal je nach Produkttyp) erhältlich. Die Lizenzen können lokal bereitgestellt oder auf mehreren Servern gehostet werden. Auf www.imagicle.com können von jeder Software Testversionen heruntergeladen werden. Für die Aktivierung und Verwaltung der Software-Abos wird Imagicle UCX Platform Cloud Connected benötigt.

Advanced Services

Imagicle Advanced Services sind auf Cisco GPL Solutions Plus noch nicht verfügbar und können derzeit nur direkt von Imagicle und dessen Händlern bezogen werden. Imagicle bietet Support für jede Bereitstellung und unterstützt Cisco Channel-Partner bei der Einrichtung der Imagicle UCX Platform. Die Imagicle Advanced Services beinhalten vorwiegend Remote-Installation, -Konfiguration und -Finetuning durch ein spezifisches Team und gewährleisten den Erfolg eines jeden Projekts: Die Onboarding-Dienste und Einbindungen erfolgen nach dem Train-the-Trainer-Konzept. So werden die Cisco Channel-Partner selbst zu Experten und können ohne die Unterstützung von Imagicle arbeiten.
