<p>The Cisco CuCME package now includes <strong>Billy Blue's</strong>.</p>
<p>Compared to Billy, this is an enterprise level product which can gather CDRs from many Cisco gateways at the same time and provide advanced analysis. It has almost the same features of Billy Blue's for CallManager.</p>
<h5><br> Upgrading from Billy to Billy Blue's</h5>
<p>Billy to Billy Blue's are different products. You need a new license for Billy Blue's. If you had Billy you can buy an upgrade version at reduced price. You'll have to update your maintenance contracts too. If you have a Gold Imagicle Care agreement the upgrade is free.</p>
<p>Both Billy and Billy Blue's are included in the 3.5.x package. If you install the package on an existing installation, you get both products side by side so that you can evaluate the new one for 15 days. Billy will continue to work.</p>
<p>A tool to import old calls data from Billy to Billy Blue's is provided.</p>
