Imagicle will send you the license code via e-mail after you purchase a software product.

 

 

 

HOW ACTIVATING

Activating your Imagicle licenses.


To activate the product, you need to complete the license activation process once for each product purchased.


The activation process consists of three simple steps:

  1. Go to http://www.imagicle.com/go/activation and insert the license code you receive by e-mail.

  2. Complete the registration form, providing:

    • Customer information, this is very important for receiving support. Do not use reseller or false information.

    • Request String for your installation. See the “Retrieving the request string” section for details.

    • Click "Activate".

  3. Copy the Response String/Unlock code provided and paste it into the activation tool of your installed Imagicle product. See the “Inserting the response/unlock codes” section for details.

RETRIEVING REQUEST STRING

Retrieving the request string.


The serial number/request string is the code generated by the application after installation. It identifies the application on your specific PC/Server.
The following sections explain how to retrieve the serial/request string for each Imagicle application. Please see the appropriate one.

 

Billy Blue's 4


If your Billy Blue’s 4 license is 10 characters long (new licenses, e.g. R792EAMFRN), please use the same procedure as for StoneFax and other apps in the suite. The request STRING is the same for all applications. Click on "Admin" and select "License" as in the screenshot below.
 

Imagicle 


If your Billy Blue’s 4 License is 13 characters long separated by dashes (old licenses, e.g. HE-778-818-00198), please use the Windows application on the Imagicle Server:
START -> PROGRAMS -> STONEVOICE APPLICATION SUITE -> ACTIVATE BILLY BLUE'S

Connect to the PC/Server and start the activation tool:

Log in to the SkyStone or SkyStone ACD web interface (e.g. http://server ip address:7505) and:

  • For SkyStone: click SKYSTONE, then License status

INSERT THE RESPONSE CODE

Inserting the response/unlock codes.

 


The response string (also known as the unlock code) is the code provided by Imagicle through the activation procedure that permanently activates/unlocks the installed application.

You will receive the response string once you provide the license code and request string.
It activates the product on the PC/Server that generated the request string.

The following sections explain how to insert the response string for each Imagicle application to activate it. Please see the appropriate one.

 

Billy Blue's 4

RETRIEVING LICENSE CODE

Imagicle will send you the license code after you purchase a software product.

Please print and store the license code e-mail in a safe place as it contains important information.

After activation, the license code is stored on the PC/Server running the activated application, so you can obtain the license code through the following procedures, depending on the application.
