OneStream will basically enable to use a standard mobile phone as a PBX extension, thus allowing to put a call on hold and transfer it to a colleague.
The use of these new services is very simple: just press * [star] from the keypad of your mobile phone to put on hold and dial the number of the extension you want to transfer the call to.
You can wait for the answer and then transfer the call or simply hang up the phone to transfer directly (attended or blind transfer).
Real life
With OneStream MobEx when someone calls you at the office number, but you’re not in, you can be reached through OneStream and act as you’re in.
You’re colleague could transfer the call to your extension number and your desk phone and your mobile phone will ring together so you can choose on which one receive the call (this functionality is subjected to PBX programming and restriction).
If you use to set-up a “divert all the calls” from your desk phone to your mobile when you’re on a business trip, you’ll receive an incoming call on your mobile automatically via GSM and you can simply answer as ever and manage the call as you’re in the office. A customer that needs to talk with you will not know that you’re out of the office and you can always be in touch.
You could give to your customer your wireline office number solo, instead of a lot of points of contact, simplifying your communication.

OneStream will manage all the routings between the available networks and can be easily configured locally or remotely via web interface. In case of a power failure of fault, OneStream will automatically provide fixed line service.
Special advantages if you have international seatsIf one of your seats is abroad and connects via VOIP, for example, to another OneStream, you can use GSM or PSTN lines connected to the remote OneStream in order to place fixed to international mobile calls at the rate of a fixed to national mobile call and also an international call at the rate of a local call in the termination Country.

Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan. In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device. This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
