Stonefax works in Windows server environments and is perfectly compatible with any email server supporting standard protocols such as POP3 and SMTP and with any email client such as Microsoft Outlook e a Lotus Notes.
Send faxes in a completely electronic way of any type of document such as Microsoft Office suite files or from any other Windows application simply using the the ‘Print to’ feature.

StoneFax has a really strong integration with Microsoft Outlook. You can send/receive faxes in a really easy way, directly
specifying the recipient name.
As a consequence, you can benefit of the integrated Outlook address book/contacts, you can send a fax to multiple recipients and you can attach multiple documents to be sent as a single fax.
With Microsoft Outlook there is no more the limitation of only one recipient and one attachment per email supported.
After fax transmission, StoneFax sends a delivery receipt to the sender, informing about transmission details.
StoneFax can be used also with any SMTP/POP3 mail server, allowing users to send and receive faxes directly with their generic email client.

StoneFax faxes any document type or format: Adobe PDF, Office documents, TIFF/RTF/Text/Images or from any other application supporting the ‘Print-To’ feature.
StoneFax faxes through the ‘print’ feature, also from any Windows application and from phisical devices such as HP Scanner/Digital Senders, multifunction printers (MFP) supporting scan-to-email and from tradition fax machines connected to analogue/IP (ATA) converters supporting T.38.

Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan. In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device. This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
