Fax2IP is software that easily allows to integrate a traditional server fax with your new IP infrastructure.
The full IP integration makes Fax2IP extremely convenient because it does not need hardware interfaces, and dedicated lines to connect to the PSTN or PBX.
 
Fax2IP is a 100% software component that acts as a gateway between the fax server and the Unified Communications infrastructure offering the possibility of using a single media gateway to connect to the PSTN for voice calls and faxes.

Local or remote management console

Fax2IP can handle up to 9 PBX on the network and  manage the Least Cost Routing, with a substantial reduction in the cost of fax calls.

For example, if a company has two offices, one in Italy and one in China, you can route all faxes addressed to numbers from Italy and China to the PBX located in China (and vice versa), with a strong savings on international fax call charges.
 
The fax service can be fully managed locally or remotely, via the administrative console accessible via web.

Support for all trial versions
Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
 
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan.  In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device.  This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
