Blue's Voice Memory gives you the chance to record your phone calls and keep trace of them in a very simple way. Connect your fixed telephone to the PC by means of Voice Memory. You will thus add new functions to your daily work tools. A single button will enable Voice Memory to record all your telephone conversations or just when you need to record them.		Voice Memory stores your calls directly on the hard driver of your PC in MP3 format, thus ensuring high quality audio files (recording and playback). The software can playback the recordings or store notes and name each file. The recording can also be password protected, for more privacy and security.

Blue's Voice Memory, connects to the handset of any telephone (analogue, IP or digital). Comes with all necessary cables. In a few simple operations, connect it to the telephone handset and to the microphone input of your PC: your personal telephone recorder will start working immediately.		Voice Memory stores your calls directly on the hard driver of your PC in MP3 format, thus ensuring high quality audio files (recording and playback). The software can playback the recordings or store notes and name each file. The recording can also be password protected, for more privacy and security.

Sends MP3 files via e-mail		Records automatically
Voice Memory software is capable of sending recordings via e-mail, thus sharing agreements taken with your interlocutor. A single click will automatically create a new e-mail and attach the MP3 file of the recording. The name, date, time and notes of the conversation will be added automatically		With a single button, Voice Memory records all your telephone conversations automatically or can be activated at the right moment. Just place a phone call as always and click a single button to start recording.
For handset and for analogue trunk line		Integrated with Blue’s One-CTI
Voice Memory is available in two versions: a device connects to the handset of your telephone (analogue, digital or IP). Or, you can connect a device to the analogue trunk line (analogue extension, Cordless or DECT).		Voice Memory integrates with Blue’s One and starts recording every outgoing or incoming phone call, while automatically associating the telephone number to the name of the person (present in your phone book).

ImagicleCare Basic includes services granting a post-installation support for the first 12 or 36 months starting from the date of the first registration.

Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.

Warrant and support on hardware products

All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan. In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device. This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.

ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
