Nowadays, thanks to Blue’s PMS Link, Opera and Fidelio features can be expanded: thanks to the PBX integration, you can immediately lock and unlock telephones and bill calls directly to the room, as well as set up wake up calls and manage room status.

Thanks to Blue’s PMS LinK and our accounting & billing softwares, you can bill the telephone traffic of any traditional or VOIP telephone PBX and calculate call costs according to time or pulse based tariffs, even using several carriers simultaneously.
After a room has been checked-in, all telephone calls will automatically be billed to the room. Of course, besides room phones, you can also manage all the other extensions in your hotel.

Furthermore, you can immediately discover abuses and frauds, thanks to alarm notifications per E-Mail, log the average ring time for your clients and find out how may calls are unanswered in you Company.

Blue’s PMS Link is certified for Opera version 5 and Fidelio version 8.7 and all higher release and allows an automatic management of Hotel services with major PBXs.

Thanks to Blue’s PMS Link you can automatically set up wake up calls on you PBX.
Blue’s PMS Link sets up wake up calls for single guests or groups, directly from Fidelio and Opera, furthermore you can monitor and print performed, scheduled and even unanswered wake up calls.
At the right time, a useful reminder will popup on you screen and play a sound.
Easy to use Room status

Blue’s PMS Link allows Fidelio and Opera to manage the status of the rooms: in a glance, you can understand or set clean, untidy or out of service rooms and print out a list for your room maids or maintainer.

Blue's PMS Link requirements are those of the solution where PMS is added as module (Blue's Enterprise 4, Billy Blue's 4 or Blue's Hotel Pro Advance).
Blue’s PMS Link is distributed as an additional module for Blue’s Enterprise 4, Billy Blue’s 4 and Blue’s Hotel Pro Advance and requires the activation of an extra module on Microsoft Fidelio.
Hereunder listed platforms show two Blue’s PMS Link compatibility types:

Billing only: Blue’s PMS Link allows direct management of the call billing from Micros Fidelio, Opera and other compatible PMS though FIAS protocol.

Billing & Hotel services: Blue’s PMS Link allows direct management of both call billing and hotel services (check-in/check-out, add, edit and delete wake up calls, phone lock/unlock) from Micros Fidelio, Opera and other compatible PMS though FIAS protocol.
Platforms listed in the following table have been verified for operating with the product. Imagicle solutions are based on technological stardards and therefore candidate to operate with many of the most used systems present on the market. Should your system not be listed, please contact our technical department to verify the interoperability.

Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan. In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device. This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
