Quickness and accuracy, all qualities that Blue's Hotel Pro will allow you to improve, thus having at a glance, a full view about the availability and the situation of the rooms, as well as making single or group reservations, check-ins and walk-ins in a single click.

 

Besides billing phone calls of any PBX system (unit or duration calculation), Blue’s Hotel Pro offers an easier management and prevents wastes of time as it integrates directly with the PBX system, thus allowing check-in, check-out and wake up call services from your PC without dialling codes from the operator telephone.

A single bill for the stay and Guest archive

With Blue’s Hotel Pro, managing the stay of your guests will be extremely easy thanks to the Room plan board that displays the current guest, service and bill situation. Setting single or group wake up calls, charge telephone calls, room fridge, restaurant or TV on demand will be immediate, as well as printing the room maid list and the Police or Statistic Office forms.  
Also the check-out will be available in a single click and will become an easy and quick procedure thanks to the single bill print out that shows all the required details of the services in the language of your guest.
The information of each guest, stay and reservation will be archived and always available in order to make your hotel services unique, just like you guests!

Blue’s Hotel Pro offers a complete management of the customer records, with their respective stays, bills and reservation, always ready for consultation.

You will then be able to archive and search your guests at any time, as well as recall and print a copy of a bill or export the guest list in excel format in a single click, in order to use it, for example, in a marketing campaign.

 

Easy to manage automatic wake up calls

  Always available on any PC of your hotel
Blue’s hotel Pro allows you to program single guest or group wake up calls, verify and print the ones still to be carried out or the ones with a negative result.
If you use one of the integrated telephone systems, the wake up calls set up with Blue’s Hotel Pro will be automatically programmed on the PBX. At the scheduled time for the wake up call a useful video/audio alarm will be displayed
 
Blue’s Hotel Pro archives can be stored on any folder on the network and can be consulted from any PC that is connected and that runs Blue’s Hotel Pro client version that can be installed free of charge on any network PC.

It is therefore possible to check-in a room from the reception PC and charge a dinner from the restaurant PC.

Every Imagicle product includes ImagicleCare Basic, software maintenance and best effort technical support service from a team of specialists ready to listen to you in 5 different languages (Italian, English, German, French and Spanish).

ImagicleCare Basic includes services granting a post-installation support for the first 12 or 36 months starting from the date of the first registration.

Support for all trial versions
Imagicle support is also granted during the 30 day evaluation period for every application and includes all ImagicleCare Basic services.
 
Warrant and support on hardware products
All Imagicle hardware products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Hardware products include technical support service provided by the ImagicleCare Basic plan.  In case of fault during the warranty period, immediately contact the technical support department. After the fault is determined, the device return can be authorised for repair or replacement that will be carried out free of charge except for shipping costs that will be charged to the client. Should a found fault not be covered by warranty, we shall notify the repair costs to the client, before repairing the device.  This same procedures applies in case of expired warranty.
ImagicleCare Gold plan subscription does not modify above described warranty and support conditions covering hardware products.
