Integrates with Speedy Enterprise for your Company directory management, Blue’s Attendant Professional allows you to search a contact in a click and immediately see who is calling you.

 
Blue’s Attendant Professional accepts and handles several lines for the associated telephone.
It does not require expensive telephone consoles nor of additional key pads, thus dramatically reducing the costs for your attendant console. Furthermore, as it is licensed for concurrent users, you purchase a single license that can be shared among you attendants.
Among the many available features, it handles: call dial, hang-up and answer, call hold and restore, blind transfer, consultation, transfer dispatch or  restore, speed dial and Call History management.

A convenient panel offers all your favorite contacts at hand and you will not need to perform any special search. You will instead be able to organize your contacts according to your need, thus boosting up the speed of your work.

Blue’s Attendant Professional allows to satisfy any need thanks to its integration with Imagicle Customer  Service solutions.
  • combined with Queue Manager Enterprise, it makes up a full-featured call attendant solution
  • combined with Blue’s Attendant Enterprise, in mixed mode, will meet the needs of several operator profiles
  • combined with Speedy Enterprise, will provide search features in a single, centralized database

Blue’s Attendant Professional perfectly integrates Speedy Enterprise phonebooks, Imagicle centralized phonebook service. Speedy Enterprise can import and syncronise contacts from different sources and offer a profiled access to operators and users. The contact search is therefore inheriting visibility criteria, in terms of personal, department and public phonebooks.

Speedy Enterprise also offers a special service that displays the name of the caller when it is queuing up in the operator’s line

Ex: Cisco UCM does NOT support 64 bit TAPI driver until version 8.5.
