Massimo DI Puccio, co-CEO & CM&SO
Massimo, CEO and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at Imagicle, leads the company shaping vision and strategy with Christian Bongiovanni Co-CEO. Massimo is partner of Imagicle.
Since 2005 he has driven the direction for Telcen, developing marketing strategies, partnerships and alliances to evolve the business. In 2009 he led the company to merge with Stonevoice srl to accelerate the business expansion and founding Imagicle spa.
Massimo, 42, has over 15 years of experience in the ICT market covering telecom and internet services, system integration and software interaction design. He joined Telcen in 1995 as marketing manager after 2 years of experience as IT consultant. In 1999 he co-founded Welcome Italia spa, a national telecom carrier, that he served as chief sales & marketing officer, building an extensive experience in sales force development and marketing of services before joining Telcen again in 2005. Massimo, is member of the board of several ICT companies.
Massimo graduated with honours from the University of Pisa (Italy) in Marketing and Business Administration.

Christian Bongiovanni, co-CEO & CTO
Christian, Co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer at Imagicle, formerly CEO and co-founder of Stonevoice srl, manages the vision and technological strategies to bring disruptive but easy to use technology to the Unified Communications market. Chris is partner of Imagicle.
Since 2002 he has driven the technical vision and direction for Stonevoice, developing and building technology partnerships to successfully leverage the business and in 2009 he led the company to merge in Imagicle spa.
Chris, 34, has more than 10 years of Unified Communications experience covering Audio/Video software engineering and development, system integration, building indirect sales and support facilities. Prior to founding Stonevoice, he won a grant in a centre research in Turin for a deep analysis of Cisco VoIP environments functionalities based on H.323 protocols and first approaches to IP-PBXs, presenting the results at the Teach convention in Milan, 2001.
Chris graduated with honours from the Politecnico of Turin (Italy) in Telecommunications Engineering.

Massimiliano Picchi, Sales Manager
Massimiliano is Sales Manager and partner at Imagicle.
He leads the sales team in helping Imagicle Partners to become more competitive ad successful, thanks to a wide adoption of Imagicle UC3 applications.
Since 2004 heads sales dept. of Telcen srl, leading business development and building strong relationships with Imagicle top customers. Thanks to its sales and technical background Massimiliano is instrumental in defining vision and business strategies of Imagicle.
Massimiliano, 33, has more than 10 years of experience in ICT market and development and product design and Interaction design. He joined Telcen in 1998 as software developer becoming in less than 2 years R&D manager.
In 2001 he joined the sales department as indirect channel and marketing executive, then moving on the business and growth strategies development. Massimiliano graduated from the ITIS High School of Lucca (Italy).

Luca Isola, R&D - Channel Manager, Top Partner Italy
Luca is in charge to manage Imagicle Top Partner for the national market.
He joined Imagicle in 2009 to bring his marketing and sales knowledge in Indirect Channel management. He developed these skills during the previous three years at Plantronics Inc. and GN Netcom Store Nord A/S, multinationals worldwide leader in telephony accessories for professional market, where he led the sales strategy increasing the brand awareness, the business growth and the relationship with Channel Partners.
Luca, 40, has more than 12 years of experience in ICT market . After a short practice in the field of business consultancy, he started working in the Direct Sales department at Digicom SpA as Key Account Manager dealing with ISP and Carrier. Thanks to the achieved results, in 2003 he joined the marketing team as Product Manager becoming responsible for VoIP solutions and developing, in this way, a solid technological background in this area.
Luca graduated from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in Management Engineering and owns a post-graduate specialization in “Marketing” and another one in “Sales Management” both obtained at SDA Bocconi in Milan (Italy).

Aldo Antignano, Support & Operations Manager
Aldo is responsible of the technical support team and customer care relationships in Imagicle. He also follows organisational aspects as IT infrastructure. Moreover involved as Project Manager in a wide range of projects and activities related to the state-of-the-art in Unified Communication.
Aldo, 34, has 15 years expertise in system and software integration, network infrastructure, network security, Unified Communication and internet services.
Diligent and results-oriented IT professional with substantial background as system engineering, ICT consultancy and project management his vision in IT world is at 360 degrees.
Great listener, team player, with a full sense of responsibilities, business and technical understanding capabilities and a natural attitude to set interpersonal relations. Eclectic person with academic background and specialization in both technical and managerial coming from a varied range of experiences, last one in Stonevoice S.r.l. with the same responsabilities starting from the year 2006.

Maurizio Beni, R&D - Project Manager
Maurizio is part of the R&D Team at Imagicle, responsible for all the special projects, that allow UC solutions to be faster-smarter-easier thanks to customization and integration in the corporate environments of Imagicle customers.
He joined Imagicle in 2009, bringing his experience in the development of Unified communications applications, system integration and project management.
He graduated in Computer Science Engineering at Università di Padova (Italy) in 2001, finalizing a study on the integration of IVR in the Voice over IP networks. He began his professional path in Dimension Data, coping with the design and development of telephony applications both in TDM and VoIP networks, ranging from small enterprise systems to carrier grade platforms.
In 2004 he co-founded Mida Solutions leading as CTO the R&D department for 5 years, supporting the development of the products portfolio and acquiring a deep knowledge about design and integration of applications in Cisco UC environments.

Marco Cerri, R&D Manager
Marco is part of the R&D Team and partner at Imagicle, responsible for the development of faster-smarter-easier solutions that empower Unified Communications.
Marco, born in 1976, Telcen employee since 1998 as software developer and development manager, also leading the introduction and training of newly hired personnel. Marco Cerri has directly taken part to the conception and design o Blue’s family products, deepening the research on Software Interaction Design and Usability.
Imagicle associate since its foundation, his work and formation raise from his personal passion for Computer studies both at the Public Technical School ‘ITIS’ and Pisa University. Attracted by an unexplained force towards whatever concerns technology, he dislikes ignoring how things work. Besides computer, his passions are photography, scuba diving, skiing, travelling and do it yourself. Always ready to travelling abroad, loves adventure trips, exotic places and document about visited places with pictures and videos.

Filippo Amadini, R&D - Product Evangelist & Senior Analyst
Filippo is part of the R&D Team at Imagicle, responsible for the content of the Imagicle UC products, making possible a faster-smarter-easier evangelization of Partners and Customers.
Filippo has more than 25 years of experience in designing and writing software. He worked as a consultant in the Eighties, had a small company in the Nineties and was employed by a major IT firm in the 2000s. His career focused on developing software products rather than custom software.
Filippo joined Stonevoice in 2003 where he headed Technical Support first and R&D later.
Filippo firmly believes that the growth of a company is strictly dependent on the growth of the people who work for it, and he makes a constant effort to let the members of his team improve their professional attitudes and skills.
Filippo graduated with honors in Philosophy of Sciences at the University of Milan.
