Telcen and Stonevoice together
Imagicle was born from the merge of two companies with complementary experiences in the UC and PBX applications markets:

Telcen, with an experience of over 25 years, was the Italian market leader in the billing and accounting solutions - Blue's Suite - and operating in the Unified Communications market European wise too.

Stonevoice, Cisco Solution Developer, was a smart and fast young company able to become in only 5 years an important reference in the software applications adding value to the Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
The two companies have been collaborating for more than 2 years with relevant partnership agreements and co-development of new products.

Technology approach
Imagicle applications are fully standard compliant (H323, SIP, T38, MGCP etc.) making further interoperability and developments on several among the most widely used IP systems easier to deliver. Imagicle has also inherited along the time legacy support of many TDM platforms making possible an hybrid scenario that grants an easy migration to our solution to large and distributed enterprises.
Imagicle solutions run on Windows server and are easy VMWARE ready to be installed on virtual servers and are certified against MS Windows Server 32/64 bit operating systems and with Windows 7. Some applications have also a client app available for iPAD with download available on AppStore and for CIUS available on AppHQ.
Moreover Imagicle developed all its software libraries in house and it is therefore in full control of its code without any third party dependency, rights, royalties and this gives great flexibility to the business relationships we can have today and in the future.

The solutions are software only and offer an easy 30 days try and buy that makes the sales process easy and demonstrates the solution value we bring to the end user. The e-licensing sales approach scales from very small installations of few users in the SMB market to large enterprises with thousands of phones.
